Its been awhile since I have had a Running Revelation, I guess that goes with the territory. Like previous posts NO Running, NO Revelations.

Label my numerous notebooks with categories.
I like to track my ideas but now I want to see what influences me.
I just labeled a notebook Running.
I have one on my nightstand I am going to title DayGest, like Digesting my day so I can sleep without worry of missing an idea.
